Service scope

Tradeback provides historical backtesting, option-chain analytics, strategy research tools, paid service credits, and generated reports.

Tradeback does not connect broker accounts, place live or paper orders, or execute trades on your behalf.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Admin and support roles are restricted and audited.

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate product boundaries or abuse paid usage.

Credits and paid usage

Tradeback credits are non-transferable service credits used inside the product. They are not cash, brokerage balances, or withdrawable funds.

Pricing, holds, consumption, and refunds follow the wallet and payment policies documented for the product.

• Credits may be held while a backtest or paid job runs.
• Successful completion may consume held credits.
• Failed system jobs may release held credits according to product policy.
